Go to your Settings page and look for the Instagram Integration section. Click "Connect" and follow the Instagram login flow. You will be prompted to authorize Fly Edge Creators to access your Instagram profile and insights.

How do AI credits work?

Every user gets 5 free AI credits per day. Each script analysis or profile optimization costs 1 credit. Credits reset daily and do not roll over. You can see your remaining credits in the top navigation bar.

Can I recover a deleted account?

Accepted Answer

When you delete your account, your data enters a 7-day safety window. During this period, contact support@flyedgesystems.com immediately if the deletion was a mistake. After 7 days, data is permanently purged and cannot be recovered.

What data does Fly Edge Creators collect from Instagram?

With your permission, we access your Instagram profile information, media, and basic insights (reach, impressions, follower demographics). We do not store your Instagram password, and we never post content or interact on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from Settings or directly through Instagram.

Is my data shared with third parties?

No. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. Instagram data accessed through our platform is used only to provide our services to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I disconnect my Instagram account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings, find the Instagram Integration section, and click "Disconnect." This removes access tokens from our servers and disables any active comment-to-DM campaigns. You will receive a confirmation email.

The platform says I have 0 credits. What now?

Accepted Answer

Your credits reset daily. If you have used all 5 credits, wait for the daily reset (shown in the nav bar as "resets in Xh Ym"). Credits refresh automatically at that time.
